Cancellation policy

Sorvaya subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.

How your plan renews. Buy One Bottle renews every 1 month. Buy 2 Get 1 Free renews every 1 month. Buy 3 Get 2 Free renews every 2 months. You are charged the same bundle price shown at checkout on each renewal.

How to cancel. Go to the Manage Subscription link in our store menu, enter the email address you used at checkout, and we will send you a sign in link. From there you can cancel, skip a delivery, reschedule your next order, or update your payment details yourself. You can also message us through our Contact page and we will cancel it for you.

When cancellation takes effect. Canceling stops all future charges and deliveries right away. An order that has already been charged and is being prepared or is in transit is still covered by our 60 day money back guarantee.
